Twelve packages of K2, a controversial herb marketed as an incense and widely regarded as a legal substitute for marijuana, were reported stolen from Lakeside Store on Weatherford Highway, just north of the Granbury city limits, according to lieutenant Johnny Rose with the Hood County Sheriff’s Office. Beebe signs temporary ban of K2 sales in state
In a special meeting Thursday, the Arkansas Board of Health approved a measure to ban the sale and distribution of the synthetic marijuana substitute commonly called K2 in Arkansas. The emergency rule was sent to Gov. Mike Beebe for his signature.
