Lawmakers could outlaw “spice” this year HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) – Lt. Governor Phil Bryant believes the state legislature will vote this year to outlaw a type of herbal incense that’s being used by some as synthetic marijuana. Bryant says the substance known as “spice” or “K-2” is dangerous and should be made illegal.
