Flower Mound appears to be the next municipality to tackle certain herbal incense products that are used illegally. The Flower Mound Police Department is drafting an ordinance that will address K2, though it hasn't been determined how deep the ordinance will regulate it.

In the past year the Lima Police Department has handled four cases of reported abuse of synthetic canna-bin-oids more commonly known as k2 or spice.
