Can you smoke spice (synthetic marijuana) in public? Posted: 25 Aug 2010 12:07 AM PDT it looks like pot, smells like pot, and has the exact same effects…but it’s completely legal (in most states) so could you sit in a park and smoke it out of a bong and not get in trouble (assuming you can prove it’s spice)? I bet cops hate this stuff…
