How do I know if K2 synthetic marijuana is legal in my state?

I just bought some today. Not that it matters, though, I’m just curious.

Asking in politics because there seems to be more traffic here than in other political sections.
I just wanted to know if there’s some kind of source I can consult.

Marijuana is decriminalized here, in Massachusetts, but that’s bullshit that doesn’t help anybody because it’s still a civil offense for personal possession. And it’s criminal for growing and dealing. Where do they think we get it from!?
